They were very responsive, ALWAYS answered or phone calls, emails, etc.. She is very professional and gets down to business! I know anytime I ever want to buy a house, Hope will be my real estate agent all the way!!! O

We were on a short timeline to find a home and Hope went above and beyond to meet that timeline. Seeing houses late into the evenings or spending the entire weekend with us. When seeing houses, she would point things out that we didn't see, a stain in the carpet, a ceiling tile coming down, or a roof that would need replaced. She always listened to what we had to say, even when we were discussing aspects about a house. She was very attentive to us and would respond to us within minutes when we had questions or concerns. She would email us houses that fit within our budget and specifications of what we wanted. The compassion, empathy, and optimism she showed kept us going on those days we feared we would never find our home. When we found our home, she was by our side through the entire process. She was there for the inspection, the paperwork, final walk through, and finalizing it all. If you are looking for a realtor that cares about you, listens to you, makes you feel like family, is there for you through the entire process, Hope is that realtor.

Hope is a joy to work with! Knowledgeable, Experienced and Enthusiastic. She is amazing at navigating challenges, making recommendations and listening to what matters to you. Great communication and very responsive. Clear expectations and detailed communication from start to finish! No BS and a straight shooter. If I ever decide to make a career change she is who I would choose as my partner. Not to mention she is raising an amazing son who represents her and her company extremely well. Quite the duo. Hope we get to work together again soon as we try to relocate my parents to be closer!
